Why a Baby-Cakes Diaper Cake?

--Baby-Cakes has gone far beyond just placing diapers in a circle and wrapping a blanket or ribbons around them. We make sure each item is picked to perfectly accessorize each cake, to match the shower theme chosen as well as it can. A Baby-Cakes diaper cake is custom made with only quality baby products. Items you would buy for your own children and/or grandchildren. Each has been tested on or by the owner's own children! We have seamstresses and embroiderers employed by us to make most items specifically for us. We don't just tie our items on with ribbons, we wrap our diapers with usable items around the outside, and tuck LOTS of useful baby items inside. We use high quality products, such as Gund, Ty, Burton & Burton, Spencers and LOTS of other companies. We stock it all in our 4000 square foot warehouse.

How fast will my order ship?

--That depends on what you order. We try to ship all orders out within 24-48 hours of receipt. Cake orders may take a little longer than that, depending on our volume at the time. But we ask that you provide the date you need it by, so we make sure and get it to you when you need it.

Can you do a rush order?

--Yes we can, but we must charge $20 more. As long as your order is placed by 1:00 p.m. MST, this ensures that your cake is made and shipped the same day it is placed. If your order is placed after 1:00 p.m., it is shipped the following business day.

Can you ship next day air?

--Yes we can, just choose that option on the cart. When you do, it will NOT show the correct price yet. Our cart cannot figure the expedited shipping charges. After you submit your order, we will manually change the price and send you a 2nd email asking you to approve of the shipping costs.

Do you have your diaper cakes in stock?

--Yes. We have everything necessary to make your special Baby Cake in stock, but we make each one custom when you order it.

Do you have a return policy?

--We accept returns on all merchandise except custom orders or any personalized items. All returns are subject to a 10-15% restocking fee, and we do not refund any shipping/rush order charges you incurred. Please include order number and credit card number you want credited with your return.

What brand of diapers do you use in your diaper cakes?

--We use diapers from Storkschoice.com, size medium(fit babies 12-24 pounds). We use medium and not newborn because most parents LOVE to keep their Baby Cakes together for awhile to enjoy them. We want them to still be able to use the diapers inside, so we use medium.

Do you create custom products?

--Absolutely! We take pride in our flexibility and the ability to give you the most unique products for your children. Please keep in mind there may be additional fees for custom-made items. You will be notified of all custom made fees prior to confirming your order.
